Privacy Policy

This page says what a store check looks at, what is saved, and what is left alone.

What you share

You share a public store address. If you approve a store brain, that text is saved with the store and used when the shoppers talk about it.

What the check looks at

The check opens public pages on that store. That includes the homepage, products, collections, shipping, returns, and the other pages a shopper needs. It does not ask for a Shopify login, and it does not open a private admin page.

What is saved

The report, the pages each shopper opened, screenshots of what they saw, and questions you ask a shopper are saved with that store. This is so you can open the report again and check the store a second time.

What is left alone

The check does not change the theme, install an app, place an order, or take a payment. It does not ask for a password.
